A parade is always a good opportunity for the community to come together, and there was a dandy to kick off the festivities for Saturday's portion of Blue Grass Days. Featuring multiple area fire agencies, fair royalty, tractors, and of course, lots of candy, the parade stretched along North Mississippi Street. Afterwards, folks headed over to the rest of the day's activities near the Community Center, including a kids' fun zone and water fights. NSP photos by Erin M. Gentz
