Sunny skies and seasonable temperatures made for a splendid Long Grove Strawberry Festival and some fast times during the Strawberry Stampede on Sunday. Following the race and prize ceremony, there were plenty of activities surrounding the fire station and Civic Center, and, of course, the parade.
