Celebrating a milestone!
Rita Linnenbrink of Donahue is hitting the big 80, and her family is throwing a brunch to celebrate a lifetime of love, laughter and incredible memories!
Rita’s story began as a Halloween treat on Oct. 31, 1946, when she was born (as Rita Kinney) in Clinton. She married her husband, Larry Linnenbrink, on Sept. 6, 1975, in Grand Mound.
She is the proud mother of Alyssa (Brian) Gluesing of Eldridge, David (Carrie) Linnenbrink of Eldridge, Brian (Katie) Linnenbrink of Donahue and Maria (Omar) Huddleston of West Des Moines. She is an amazing grandma to nine grandkids who keep her young at heart. Lillian Gluesing, Jillian, Allison and Ryan Linnenbrink, Adalynn, MacKenzie and Olivia Linnenbrink and Aiden and Kieran Huddleston.
