Dairy processing forums to be held in October

Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will host two On-Farm Dairy Processing Forums on Oct. 9 at Empty Nest Winery in Waukon and Oct. 20 at O So Good Winery in Dyersville. The one-day programs run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and are designed for dairy producers considering value-added processing as a way to diversify their operations. The same agenda will be offered at each location.
