The North Scott School Board will hold a virtual town hall at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4. The meeting will be streamed from the Administration Building on the district’s YouTube channel. Chat will be enabled, and questions and comments will be taken from citizens.

Prior to the regular meeting, North Scott School Board members held a facilities work session with representatives of contracting companies working of the district’s major projects, including Bruce Builders. The session was scheduled in response to calls for greater transparency from board members at the Oct. 14 meeting. At that meeting, the board learned electrical components that were supposed to have been installed in the welding/metals building in advance of its scheduled August opening had yet to arrive.
