Marie C. Hamre, 90, of Davenport, died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2021, at Genesis East Medical Center, Davenport. Due to COVID-19, a private funeral service was held. Burial was in Davenport Memorial Park. The Runge Mortuary, Davenport, assisted the family with arrangements.
Marie Hamre was born Nov. 28, 1930, in St. Paul, Minn., the daughter of Leonard and Florence Hamre.
Survivors include her nieces, Christine Pate and Shirley (Rick) Peterson, all of Iowa City, Sharon (Randy) Troyer, Kalona, and Karen (Kevin) Willey, Miamisburg, Ohio; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
