Kendra Jeffries
Kendra Jean Jeffries, 48, of Davenport, passed away Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 20, with visitation two hours prior to service, at Weerts Funeral Home, Kimberly at Jersey Ridge Road, Davenport. Pastor Karen Ullestad of Zion Lutheran Church will officiate. A Celebration of Life in her honor will be held at a later date. Inurnment of her ashes will be in Elmwood Cemetery, DeWitt. Memorials may be made to the family.
Kendra was born March 20, 1969, in Davenport, the daughter of Kenneth and Darlene (Hoffmann) Jeffries. She was a real estate agent and had her own business of K J Rock Werks. She loved spending time with all her friends and family, traveling the state of Florida, being on the beaches and near the ocean. Her smile would light up the room and her caring heart made her a friend to everyone.
Those left to honor her memory include her parents; a sister, Bonnie (Clint) Rawls Jr.; niece, Heather Rawls; nephew, Chad Rawls; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, an uncle, and two first cousins.
She will be dearly missed by her significant other, Brad Nelson, and her miniature Dalmatian, Little Emmet.
