David Lee Downs, 71, of Bradenton, Fla., died Sunday, Dec. 31, 2023, in Bradenton. No services will be held, and cremation rites have been accorded.
He was born Jan. 1, 1952, in Bloomington, Ill., the son of Samuel D. Downs and Margaret J. Malinowski.
Survivors include a daughter, Amber Bandy, Bradenton; and his sisters, Janet (Randall) Railey, Horseshoe Bend, Ark., Margo (Robert) Fox, Eldridge, Lori (Lawrence) Smith, Collinsville, Okla., and Lynne Downs, Horseshoe Bend.
