Eldridge council meets Monday on police matters

Eldridge council members return to city hall chambers 5:30 p.m., Monday, July 25, for a special meeting on three police matters:

• Discussion on renewal of contract agreement with North Scott schools for the school resource officer.
• Discussion and update on COPS grant.
• Discussion on fundraising for a police department K9 unit.

The council meets in city hall chambers at 305 N. 3rd St., Eldridge.

No formal votes will be taken at this work session.
