Education, trades scholarships available from Davenport retired teachers

The Davenport Area Retired School Personnel Association (DARSPA), a group open to all retired school employees in Scott County, is offering two scholarships this year. The first is $1,500 for a senior planning to major in education in college. The second is a $500 scholarship for a student planning to attend trade school.
