A memorial service for Carol Clarice Fisher Briggs, 88, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 23, at First Baptist Church, Davenport. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the church. The Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Ms. Briggs died Monday, Dec. 20, 2021, at Genesis East Medical Center, Davenport.
