Huiskamp retires after 49 years at Blackhawk bank

Blackhawk Bank & Trust board chairman W. Gerard “Gerry” Huiskamp announced his retirement at the company’s annual meeting, Feb. 7. This year marked Huiskamp’s 49th year with Blackhawk Bank & Trust.
