Karl and Marcia (Oetzmann) Donaubauer will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on June 16.
The couple were married on June 16, 1973, in Faith Lutheran Church, Eldridge.
They have four children: Sally (Steve) of Forest Park, Ill., Chad (Jennifer) of Glen Ellyn, Ill., and Scott (Brooke) of Elmhurst, Ill. A daughter, Jana, is deceased.
They have five grandchildren: Maya, twins Ayden and Robert, and twins Adelyn and Reagan.
Mrs. Donaubauer is a retired North Scott teacher. Mr. Donaubauer is a retired engineer from Mid American Energy.
They will celebrate with a family dinner and a trip to Alaska at a later date.
