A funeral service for Janice Katherine Willis, 87, of Eldridge, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Per her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded, and private family burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park.
Mrs. Willis died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024, at her home.
