Council and mayor demand utility board answers

Eldridge city staff emailed this letter at 1:57 p.m., Friday, March 15, to the North Scott Press. Assistant City Administrator Jeff Martens wrote, “In the interest of being transparent the attached letter was emailed to the Utility Board by the Mayor this afternoon.”
