Beverly Claussen Kluever of Atkinson, Ill., will celebrate her 80th birthday with an open house on Aug. 6. Friends and relatives are invited to call starting at 1 p.m. at the Annawan Community Center, 314 N. State St., Annawan, Ill. No gifts, please.
She was born in Davenport and is a 1962 graduate of North Scott High School. She was employed at Sivyer Steel in Bettendorf until her retirement.
She is the mother of Michael (LouAnn) Kluever of Cambridge, Ill., Michelle (Don) Buser of Davenport, Vicki Wessel of Sheffield, Ill., Victor (Angie) Kluever of Annawan, and Nick (Liz) Kluever of Monmouth, Ill. She has 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
