The Iowa Print Sports Writers Association has released their 2023 All-State football teams after holding a meeting on Sunday, November 19.  On the list was Wilton junior Jordan Dusenberry.  Dusenberry was picked for the first-team defense in Class 1A as a defensive back. more

Wilton sophomore Audra Coss punched her ticket to the 2023 Class 2A state meet this coming Saturday after placing in the top-10 finishers at the Williamsburg state qualifying meet last Thursday.  more
The Wilton Beaver football coaches, players, and fans may have had to look up where Woodward-Granger High School was after Class 1A playoff pairings were released on Saturday, October 21, but after last Friday’s big 49-21 win, they will most definitely want to return there.  The Beavers made themselves at home in the game scoring at least seven points in each of the four quarters and taking the District 7 runners-up out of the game early in the win.  The win gives Wilton a record of 8-1 and a date with Iowa City Regina Friday night in the next round of the playoffs.  The trip to Woodward-Granger High School was two hours and 35 minutes from home, one of the longest distances traveled for a Class 1A team in the first round. more
This season has been filled with ups and downs for Durant’s volleyball team. And Wednesday’s regional quarterfinal match seemed to encapsulate the season in 90 minutes. more
