West Liberty, Wilton communities "Stand with Tubby" following student's diagnosis

For one local family, September began with a sudden medical emergency, an unexpected diagnosis, and plenty of questions with no answers just yet. It was during this tough time, however, that the family was able to see just how many people in their home communities supported them.
