Wilton Police Chief David Clark discusses freedom of speech boundaries following “No Kings” message found at Freedom Rock

On Monday, Oct. 20, protestors from across the country participated in a National Day of Protest. Though there were no organized protests held in Wilton, the message “no kings” was found written in chalk on the sidewalk within the designated space for the Muscatine County Freedom Rock memorial.
