Betty loved to garden and was a terrific cook and baker, offering comfort and welcome through meals lovingly prepared. She enjoyed playing 500 and euchre with friends and family. She and Chuck loved traveling to Hawaii in the winter. Above all, Betty was dedicated to her family, relocating to DeWitt and Overland Park, Kan., to be close to her daughters and watch her four granddaughters grow up.

Betty will be dearly missed by her daughters, Terri Sager (Elza) and Genei Loftus (Jack); her grandchildren, Ryanne’s husband, Jonathan Davis, Randi Wagner (Richard), Regan Loftus, and Rylee Loftus; her great-grandchildren, Charles Davis, Jameson Davis, and Evelyn Wagner; and her siblings, Albert “Pete” Leh-man (Colleen), Wayne Lehman (Jean), Dale Lehman (Susie), Sandy Boldt (Skip), Gary’s wife, Mary, Carol Jansen, Diana Werts (Gary), and Dick Lehman (Chris). She is also survived by many, many special nieces and nephews.
