Shannon (Shane) Robert VanHouten, 44, passed away unexpectedly on Aug. 19, 2021 at his home in Stacyville, Maine.
Shane attended Wilton High School. He enjoyed gardening and fishing.
He will be deeply missed by his wife Rita Page VanHouten; his grandmother Cleone (Babe) Gaskey; brothers Christopher VanHouten and Keith Headley; uncles Robert VanHouten and Gary Gaskey; aunt Susan McKillip; cousins Zachariah VanHouten, Erica Overton, Jessica Hake, Laura Hatcher, Thomas Haulk, Kelsey Jacobs, Jordan VanHouten; and his special friend Brian Marshall.
He was preceded in death by his mom, Roxane Headley, grandpa Richard Gaskey, and uncle Stephen Gaskey.
