Katelyn Knoll and Drake Shelangoski were united in marriage on June 6, 2026, at the E-Free Church in Garner.
Katelyn is the daughter of David and Susan Knoll of Garner. Drake is the son of Amy Shelangoski and Andrew and Lisa Shelangoski, all of Durant.
Katelyn is a graduate of Hawkeye Community College and holds an associate of applied science degree as an occupational therapy assistant. Drake is a graduate of Wartburg College with a bachelor of arts degree in business and finance. He is currently employed at Morgan Stanley in Davenport.
Katelyn and Drake met at a gym in Cedar Falls while they were both attending their final year of college. They continue to enjoy running, even fitting in a half marathon the week prior to their wedding.
The couple thoroughly enjoyed their honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and are now residing in Durant.
