The West Liberty School Board unanimously approved an $1,800 stipend request for its high school Educator’s Rising Club, allowing the program to continue into the coming school year. The request was made during the board’s Oct. 20 meeting, with High School Principal Brenda Arthur-Miller presenting the request.
