Action plan needed for York St.

On Monday, September 14, the Wilton City Council discussed the York Street drainage issue. For many months, homeowner Stan Sawvell has brought his concerns to the council, asking the city to assume some responsibility for repairing the issue caused by stormwater flooding on his property.
