Dennis E. Pewe, 52, of Bettendorf, died on Monday, April 29, 2019 at his home.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 2 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Bentley Funeral Home in Durant.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church in Calamus. Additional visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
Interment will take place in the Dixon Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Iowa Farm Sanctuary in Marengo in his memory.

Dennis was born in Davenport on Aug. 11, 1966 to Eldon and Arvella (Ketelsen) Pewe.
He graduated from North Scott High School. He served in the United States Army. He later attended Hamilton Technical College in Davenport.
Dennis was a machinist at ALCOA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding motorcycles.
Dennis is survived by his daughters, Kaitlin (Justin) Sawyer of Walcott and Kelsey Pewe of Cedar Rapids, his granddaughter Ella and his father Eldon Pewe of Dixon.
He was preceded in death by his mother and his sister Debra Jo Wiebel.
