Beverly Dillaplain, 88, of Muscatine, died on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Simpson Memorial Home in West Liberty.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 24 from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the Bentley Funeral Home in Wilton. An additional hour of visitation was held prior to the service at the church.
Funeral services were held on Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Grace United Church of Christ in Wilton.
Interment took place at Oakdale Cemetery in Wilton.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Church of Christ, Iowa Blue Lodge #2 in Muscatine, Hospice Compasses or the Shriner’s Cripple Children’s Hospital in her memory.

Beverly was the daughter of Clarence and Gertrude Schneider.
Beverly graduated from Wilton High School. She worked at Davenport Bookkeeping and Tax Service and retired from Thrift Plan and a car dealership in Muscatine in 1983.
Beverly married John H. Dillaplain in 1948 in Wilton. He preceded her in death in 2007.
Beverly is survived by her daughter Rita (Terry) Peterson of Muscatine, her granddaughter Michelle (Kelly) Barham of Alabama and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
