Williams-Jackson wedding held Dec. 19

Alyssa Williams of Durant and Alexander Jackson of Fort Dodge were united in marriage Dec. 19 at Orchard Hills Church in Cedar Falls.

Parents of the couple are Michael and Scarlett Williams of Durant, and Joseph and Teresa Jackson of Fort Dodge.

Maid of honor was Hannah Southall, matrons of honor were sisters of the bride Ashli Conrad and Amanda Reimers. Bridesmaids were Lauren Johnson and Tara Jackson.

Best man was Eliot Clough. Groomsmen were Ben Ahlrichs, Rob Leigh, Dylan Southall and Dan Happel.

Flower girl was Natalia Lopes; ring bearers were Emerson and Ryland Reimers; ushers were Trevor Conrad and Grant Reimers.

A reception was held at Bien Venu Event Center in Cedar Falls.

Alyssa is a 2016 graduate of Durant High School. She attended and graduated in from the University Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Public Health Education. Alyssa is currently obtaining her Masters in Health and Wellness Education, and is a health and wellness coach at Profile by Sanford in Cedar Falls. She is also a personal trainer and trains in the Cedar Falls area.

Alex is a graduate of Fort Dodge High School. He attended and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Biology Science Education. Alex is currently obtaining his Masters of Biological Science Education from Grand Canyon University, and is a seventh grade science teacher at Cedar Falls Community School District.

After a honeymoon in San Souci in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple makes their home in Cedar Falls.
