They are the parents of Rodney (Kelli) Riessen of Fort Dodge, Rita (Roger) Overton of Hernando, Florida, Rick (Lori) Riessen of Stockton, Rebecca (Rick) Sorgenfrey of Durant, Rhonda (Matt) Bartenhagen of Durant, the late Russell Riessen (his wife Mary of Durant) and the late Rex Riessen (his wife Carrie of Franklin, Indiana).
They have 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
