Nicole K. Mall, 42, of Wilton, Iowa, died peacefully at her home on Monday, Nov. 29, 2021 with her loving family by her side. A memorial gathering was held Saturday, Dec. 4 at the First Christian Church, Muscatine. A memorial service immediately followed the memorial gathering at the church.

Nicole was born on May 5, 1979, the daughter of Steven and Diane (Wear) Jenkinson in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. She graduated from Muscatine High School with the class of 1997. She then attended Muscatine Community College, where she studied to become a paramedic. Nicole was united in marriage to Jon Mall on Oct. 21, 2017 at the First Christian Church, Muscatine.
Nicole’s passion in life was helping others, specifically teaching others to become paramedics. She was a paramedic and firefighter for West Liberty for six years, and later served as a paramedic for the city of Muscatine for a few years. She continued to serve as a paramedic in surrounding communities until becoming ill in 2018. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially taking hikes at Wildcat Den, fishing and camping with her family.
Nicole will be dearly missed by her husband, Jon; one maternal grandmother, Darlene Holtkamp; her parents, Steve and Diane Jenkinson; one sister, Candice (Peter) McGuigan; one brother, Thomas (Beverly) Jenkinson; father and mother in-law, Jerry (Julie) Mall; one sister in-law, Jennifer Campbell; one brother in-law, Justin (Sammi) Mall; and 11 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Doris and Dale Jenkinson; maternal grandfathers, Arthur Holtkamp and Douglas Wear; and one aunt, Carolyn Graber.
