Iowa Games cancels several events

With the 2020 Summer Iowa Games only a couple months away, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused the following events to be canceled or postponed.

* Air Gun: CANCELED

* Bowling Districts is looking to postpone until July (dates TBD)

* Bowling Finals moved to August 8

Bowling — High School Team moved to August 7

* Figure Skating: CANCELED

* Lacrosse: CANCELED

* Rowing: CANCELED

* SCTP Trapshooting: CANCELED

All other sports and events are currently on as scheduled as of May 1.

Updates will be sent every two weeks or as needed while staying up-to-date with state and federal recommendations for hosting events.

All event updates will be posted at iowagames.org as well as Facebook and Twitter.

In the event that the sport is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, the registration fee will be refunded or can be credited for a future event. The nominal 5 percent credit card processing fee cannot be refunded as those expenses are incurred through the credit card companies and our registration vendor.
