The Wilton city council approved the second payment to Boomerang Corp. in the amount of $210,606.20. City Administrator Jeff Horne reported, “We are nearly complete with the water services. We will soon take the old water line down, and water will go into the new main to the new services this week.” The widening of the road portion of the project should begin very soon. Stevie Whitehead expressed relief that residents who were concerned that the project had stopped would now see a larger crew and more visible work being done. more
