There is a lot to like about proposed legislative districts

Among the best in the nation, new districts are drawn every 10 years to reflect population shifts. The lines in Iowa, unlike most states, are drawn by a nonpartisan group, the Legislative Services Agency, without regard to where incumbents live or what their party affiliation is.
