Joe Stutting, superintendent of the North Scott Community School District, has been named the recipient of the Outstanding Administrator Award by the Iowa Association of Agricultural Educators (IAAE). He will be recognized at the Iowa Agricultural Education Banquet on June 24 at the Iowa FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny.
