Split vote puts 6-foot fence around Shepard playground

Action taken after neighbor's gun threat

The North Scott School District will construct a six-foot high chain-link fence around the playground at Alan Shepard, but the decision came on a 5-2 vote. Molly Bergfeld and Joni Dittmer voted against the project.
