A funeral service for Frances R. “Fran” Shuppy, 71, of Bettendorf, was held at noon on Monday, Feb. 10, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Visitation was two hours prior to the service on Monday at the mortuary.
Mrs. Shuppy died Monday, Feb. 3, 2020.
Frances Durgin was born Jan. 25, 1949, in Rochester, N.H., the daughter of James and Margaret Durgin.
She married Gary Shuppy on June 29, 1986, in Bettendorf.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Victor Pelletier; a stepson, Kenneth Shuppy; her grandchildren, Mykenna, Dylan, and Sophia; a sister, June Galary, Van Clever, Miss.; and a brother, Clifford Durgin.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Bessire.
