A funeral service for Eugene “Skip” Gast, 74, of Davenport, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16 (today), at the Runge Mortuary, Davenport. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation was Tuesday, Sept. 15, from 5-8 p.m. at the mortuary.
Mr. Gast died Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2020.
Eugene Gast was born April 23, 1946, in Davenport, the son of Gene and Rosie Gast. He married Peggy Kuhlenbeck on July 10, 1971.
Survivors include his children, William (Marge) Gast and Melody (Wayne) Clifford; five grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
Memorials may be made to Eugene Gast, to be dispersed by the family to music education programs.
