David C. Wells, 70, of LeClaire, died Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021, at his home.
He was born Jan. 11, 1951, at home in Ottumwa, the son of Elmer and Marcella Wells.
Survivors include his daughters, Crista Wells and Barbara Joplin, both of Austin, Texas; his stepchildren, Shalene and Joshua Huntley of Davenport; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Sandy Zuiderhoek, Winona, Minn.; and a brother, Richard Wells, Punta Gorda, Fla.
