A memorial service for Connie Kay Noe, 57, of Davenport, was held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, at the Bettendorf Community Center. The Runge Mortuary, Davenport, assisted the family with arrangements.
Ms. Noe died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019, at Genesis East Medical Center, Davenport.
She was born Dec. 18, 1961, in Davenport, the daughter of Ernest and Kathryn Speth.
She worked in customer service for many years.
Her hobbies were collecting pictures, working puzzles, coloring books, and playing Bingo.
Survivors include her children, Randey and Mandey Noe; a grandson, Dakquta; her mother, Kathryn; and her companion, Kevin Wall.
