Feb. 28, 1980: The North Scott Kiwanis Club held its charter banquet at the Izaak Walton League in Mt. Joy. Past governor of the Illinois-Eastern Iowa District of Kiwanis International, Robert Sinn, presented the charter to club president Gary Spohn.
