Meyer-Martinez vows to be exchanged July 10

Amy Meyer and Jesse Martinez, both of Onalaska, Wis., are engaged to be married.

Amy is the daughter of Verl and Nancy Meyer of Park View. She graduated from North Scott High School, the University of Wisconsin – Platteville with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, and received a master’s degree in education from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. She works for the Bangor School District in Bangor, Wis., as a fourth-grade teacher.

Jesse is the son of Lori Martinez of Oakdale, Minn., and the late Tony Martinez. He graduated from Tartan High School in Oakdale, the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and Spanish education, and received a master’s degree in education from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. He is employed by the La Crosse School District as a seventh-grade teacher.

The couple will be married at 3 p.m. July 10 in Onalaska. Invitations will be sent.
