Long Grove council members will be all ears for a 7 p.m., Tuesday, July 13 public hearing on the city’s capital improvement and financing plan.

Council members intend to use the feedback to finalize plans that would relay on water rate increases and cash reserves, not property tax increases to pay off construction loans.
