Larson wraps up quarter-century of service to Scott Co. parks

Scott County Conservation officer Roger Larson turned in his badge and gun this month after 31 years of service protecting conservation laws, and managing parks. His last 24 years were spent with the Scott County Iowa Conservation Department as park manager of West Lake Park, Davenport and Buffalo Shores Park, Buffalo.
