A Memorial Mass for Vincent D. Kelly, 74, of Betendorf, will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15, at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Bettendorf. Burial will be in Rock Island National Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 4-7 p.m. at the Runge Mortuary, Davenport.
Mr. Kelly died Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2020, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.
Memorials may be made to Special Olympics or to the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House.
