A celebration of life service for Richard "Dick" Strong, 61, of Blue Grass, will be held from 4-7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, at St. Andrew's Parish Hall in Blue Grass. Private burial will be at a later date. The Runge Mortuary, Davenport, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Strong died Sunday, Feb. 2, 2020, at his home.
Memorials may be made to the family, who will distribute them to local organizations.
