A celebration of life service for Patricia S. "Pat" Hoffmann, 61, of Long Grove, will be held from 2-5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18, at the Eldridge Community Center. Private family services will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, Eldridge. Chambers Funeral Home, Eldridge, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Hoffmann died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022, at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City.
