A funeral service for Kathleen M. "Kathy" Phinney, 85, of Lexington, Ill., will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 24, at Calvert-Johnson & Musselman Memorial Home, Lexington. Burial will be in the Lexington Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, April 23, from 4-7 p.m. at the memorial home.
Mrs. Phinney died Sunday, April 18, 2021, at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington, Ill.
