A funeral mass for Irene Duwa, 95, of Lost Nation, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Lost Nation. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Lost Nation. Visitation will be Sunday, Oct. 27, from 3-6 p.m. at the church, where a rosary will be recited at 2:30 p.m. Additional visitation will be one hour prior to mass on Monday at the church. The Lahey & Dawson Funeral Home, Lost Nation, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Duwa died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2019, at The University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City.
