Elna Faye Scott, 94, of Dixon, died Thursday, April 23, 2020, at Prairie Hills Assisted Living, Tipton. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held at the Dixon Cemetery. Chapman Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
