A memorial service celebrating the life of Donald E. Soppeland, 76, of LeClaire, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Soppeland died Monday, Dec. 13, 2021, at the Kahl Home for the Aged, Davenport.
Memorials may be made to the family for an educational fund for his granddaughters.
