A funeral service for Barbara A. Fullmer, 78, of LeClaire, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, at First Presbyterian Church, LeClaire. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery, LeClaire. Visitation will be Tuesday, Feb. 4, from 4-7 p.m. at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf.
Mrs. Fullmer died Thursday, Jan. 30. 2020, at the Good Samaritan Center, Davenport.
